The nurse of the Mansfield Hospital receives the Top -US points

Mansfield -A nurse of the OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital achieved the top points in the CNOR test (Certified Perioperative Nurse) in 2024.

The CNOR test is the only accredited certification for perioperative nurses.

According to the calf, this certification was just as concerned with patient care as well as the forwarding of your training and career.

“This certification enables me to proudly display my commitment and commitment to my patients and to ensure high -quality patient care,” Kalb ASID. “The study materials gave me a deep immersion in the current, evidence -based care and current Aorn [Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses] Guidelines based on the basis for care and guidelines that our hospital implemented are based.

“With this knowledge, I think that I can better use patient safety for my patients and to support the knowledge of the care decisions I have made.”

While Kalb seems to be an exemplary nurse, Chief Nursing Officer Elizabeth Daniest M.ED, BSN, says CENP that she is an example of the quality of the nurses in the Mansfield Hospital.

“This is another example for our nursing team that tries to continue to improve the continuous improvement to ensure excellent care,” said Daniels.

“Zoe's commitment to invest in their professional growth, and the prioritization of the patient shows the nurses' caliber here in the OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. These qualities helped us in 2023 to take Magnet designations, and I am still incredibly proud to let our team grow.”

The magnetic name is the highest and most prestigious distinction that can receive a health organization for excellence and high -quality patient care.

Magnet Recognition® offers many advantages- not only for nurses who offer care, but also for the patients who receive this care.

Calf encourages all nurses to be certified.
