A dead man, two arrested after the home vasion

Dyersburg-a man from the region is dead and two others will be arrested and accused in a robbery in the home invasion style this week.

The chief of police of Dyersburg, Thomas Langford, said that the department had examined the incident since his report on Monday, April 28, 2025, shortly before 8 p.m. The department continues to investigate various aspects of the incident.

The first examination shows that Christopher Terry, 19, from Tiplonville, was shot while the home vasion was shot after the resident defended himself, said Langford. 18-year-old Jeremiah Terry from Dyersburg and Raymon V. Patton, 20, from Dyersburg, were arrested on Wednesday for serious robberies, attempted a second degree murder and have a fire weapon during the possession of a dangerous crime.

The incident began when the police reacted to a complaint in the Uppery Road area around 7.45 p.m. on Monday in the Dyersburg police.
