Still silently on the i-59 due to the 18-wheel crash south of the output of Hattiesburg

Forrest County, Miss. (WDAM)-All lanes towards the south at the intersection of I-59 and US HWY 98 are at a standstill due to an 18-wheel crash.

The Mississippi Ministry of Transport (MDot) reported on Friday, April 2 at 10:27 a.m. According to the first reports, the crash includes an 18-wheel blocking one that blocks all lanes towards the south of the i-59. At this point it is unclear how many other vehicles, if available, are now involved.

Officials from the Hattiesburg fire brigade reported on an inclusion. At this point, however, there were no reports on injuries.

Mdot cameras show traffic in a complete stand, while first aiders work to eliminate the scene.

Officials ask all drivers to find alternative routes in the region in the region, and recommend leaving 98 on the i-59 in front of the USA.
