Yankees' injury problems continue, while Jazz Chisholm Jr. leads to IL with the right weird concern

The New York Yankees may have to spend tickets with numbers to get to the coaching room.

Her concerns about the second Baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. were confirmed on Friday when they put him on the 10-day injured list with a right inclination. The move was retrospectively until Wednesday. He suffered the injury to a swing against the Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday in Camden Yards.

The Yankees called the Jorbit Vivas infield to take his place. Vivas was called three times in his MLB career, but has not yet played in one game. Oswald Peraza will probably start at Chisholm's place. Peraza, a strong defender, met with a Homerun in 36 record appearances this season .206.

It is unclear how much time Chisholm will miss. The Yankees manager Aaron Boone should speak to the media before today's game against the Tampa Bay Rays in the Yankee Stadium.

The giveaway for the game? A Chisholm basketball jersey with Yankees.

The Yankees hope that Chisholm also uses free time to sit back on the plate. He was inconsistent. While he has reached seven Homeruns, he only beats 0.181 with a percentage of 0.304 and an ops of 0.714, which is below his career average of 0.755.

The Yankees had hoped that Chisholm's powerful left swing in the middle of the line -up for the right -handed Paul Goldschmidt would be protection. Instead, he alarmed 39 times in 105 bats.

When Chisholm suffered the injury, he said that he was not concerned that he may have to go to the IL and that he felt “pretty good”. He said he thought he could miss “two or three days”.

“I somehow know my body and guess these things most of the time,” said Chisholm. “I would know if I would be super painful or whether my things were so messed up.”

The Yankees may have hoped to turn to the experienced Infieldder DJ Lemahieu (Wadenstamm), but he has recently had a cortisone shot in his right hip, and it is unclear how or when he will continue his rehab task.

Vivas achieved strong numbers this season at Triple A. He met in 26 games with two Home Runs, 15 RBIs and an OPS .862 OPS. He played the third basis (16 games) and the second basis (11). It was called last year and once earlier this season.

The athletes Keith Law did not put Vivas into the season in his top 20 Yankees viewing list and said: “He puts the ball into the game and will take a walk. He just doesn't find the ball so often, with low line drive rates and 45 power.

The Yankees have 11 players on the injured list, including Slugger Giancarlo Stanton (Tennis Ellbows), Ace Gerrit Cole (Tommy John Surgery) and the reigning American League Rookie of the Year winner Luis Gil.

On Thursday, the Yankees claimed the right outfielder Bryan de la Cruz from the exceptional regulations from the Atlanta Braves and optimized it for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Bar.
