'Thunderbolts' has the third best MCU target group of all time

The trailers looked good and hopefully the end product matched. And as it turns out, yes, really Thunderbolts Is So good, an urgently needed MCU victory not only with critics, but especially among the audience.

Thunderbolts has achieved a breathtaking 95% “Certified Hot” public points for Rotten tomatoes, which we have rarely seen in the crowd McU. This is 95% one of the highest of all time, actually in third place as we speak.

These results fluctuate a little over time, but we have the top -12 list here:

  1. Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings-98%
  2. Spider-Man: No way to home 97%
  3. Thunderbolts – 95%
  4. Guardian of the galaxy – 94%
  5. Deadpool and Wolverine – 94%
  6. Guardian of the Galaxy Vol. 3 – 92%
  7. Avengers: Infinity War – 92%
  8. Captain America: The winter soldier – 92%
  9. Iron Man – 91%
  10. The Avengers – 91%
  11. Avengers: Endgame – 90%
  12. Captain America: Civil War – 89%

So that 95% over time falls because these were also people who saw Thunderbolts for the first time or this morning, but the point is that it has also been the best criminal MCU film for several years.

We do not yet know the cash sums, since this is not the big A-list characters of the universe, but if the word of mouth spreads, this can really help. And mouth propaganda probably seems to expand with these scores.

Marvel has confirmed that all members of the Thunderbolts (Minus TaskMaster, including villain Sentry) will be released in Avengers: Doomsday, so they already planned for this scenario. This situation seems the opposite of what has just happened to Captain America: Brave New World and presented the new Captain America, Sam Wilson, with a lazy labeling film and an overwhelming audience and cash reaction. Thunderbolts currently has two of these three as positive.

The idea here is that this is more of a “grounded” Marvel film, which is not filmed 100% in front of a greenscreen, as we have seen in recent offers such as Quantumania or The Marvels. It has real stunts and real action and although they obviously have a certain amount of VFX, they really tried to make it a different Marvel film. Marketing suggested that it would work, and safe enough.
