Dayton, Ohio (WXIX) -New video offers a look at a police hunt from November, which started in West Chester and ended with the suspect, to plunge into a tree in dayton.

According to court documents, Devon Thomas Brandy is charged with several crimes, including the reception of stolen property and the subordinate of weapons.

Brandy is accused of leading the law enforcement agencies on a chase that ended with an accident in Dayton.

The video of Ohio State Highway Patrol shows soldiers with a vehicle that the West Chester police had previously tried to stop. The driver then switches off the lights of the car and accelerates.

“The speed is currently 120,” said the soldier.

The persecution continued along the highway when the driver maneuvered through the traffic on the side of the road and tried to avoid the soldiers. However, the soldiers deployed him from the I-75 and chased him into the city of Franklin.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol learned that the Fairfield police department pursued the same vehicle because its residents supposedly tried to steal cars in their area. After a brief detour around Franklin, the driver returns to Interstate 75 towards Dayton.

Finally, this persecution leaves the interstate. The video shows that when the soldiers start to lose sight of the vehicle, the driver plunges into a tree in the Dayton area.

According to a report by the Highway Patrol, three people were fleeing from the scene.

The report also says that law enforcement has found a stolen weapon in the car and a stolen license plate.

The law enforcement authorities have not identified the other two suspects in connection with the incident.
