THP publishes a video from traffic stop in which Maryland was deported to the El Salvador prison

Nashville, Tenn. (WSMV) -The Tennessee Highway Patrol has published Bodycam video of a traffic stop at which a soldier met the Maryland man, who is at the center of a competitive deportation to El Salvador.

The Bodycam video comes from a traffic stop at the end of 2022, according to a document for Ministry of Homeland.

Kilmar Armando Abrego-Garcia was in the driver's seat of the car during the traffic disability. In this incident, soldiers believed that he was involved in human trafficking because there are so many people in the car in the car.

Abrego-Garcia was never arrested or accused of this incident.

Here you will find instructions on how to observe WSMV4 live on various platforms.

The DHS document shows that the combined intelligence unit has received information that Abego-Garcia was queried during this traffic stops in the National Crime Information Center from THP.

“DHS sources indicate that Abrego was identified by official law enforcement examinations as a member of Mara Salvatruta (MS-13),” says the document.

The DHS document states that abrego-Garcia was accelerated and its lane was not maintained by a THP soldier that initiated a traffic stop. When the soldier approached the vehicle, it was observed that eight other people were in the vehicle together with aborn.

He told the soldier that three days ago (November 27, 2022) from Houston, Texas, after Temple Hill, Maryland, he had driven to introduce people to carry out construction work.

“There was no luggage in the vehicle, which prompted the meeting officer to have this an incident with human trafficking,” says the DHS document. “All passengers gave the same home address as the subject's own home address.”

After a back and forth with aborn, the soldier decided not to quote him for journeys, but gave him a warning quotation for driving with an expired driving license. The report says that he had a Maryland license for “limited term”.

Abrego-Garcia was excluded from the US immigration and the customs authority in March and deported to a prison in El Salvador.

Most recently, a federal judge instructed the Trump administration on Wednesday to provide information about its previous efforts to meet her command to access Abbargo Garcia from an El Salvador prison.
