Couple accused after Mann reports to death in West Franklin County

A man and a woman were charged with murder after another man was put to death.

The court files, which were submitted shortly before 5 a.m., show that the office of the sheriff of Franklin County Anthony Kuhn (43) and Nichole Adkins (42) had charged with the death of a man whose name did not publish the MPs. Kuhn also looks like a severe robbery, while Adkins also manipulate evidence.

Detective wrote that the MPs arrived in the residence in the 6500 block of the Hall Road on May 1st. Doctors arrived and declared the victim to be dead at 4:38 p.m.

The 911 caller said that the place was searched, but only later saw the body. He told the detective that he left around 12.53 p.m. to take a roommate to the hospital. He returned at 3:30 a.m. and found that the place was searched with several objects, including medication that belonged to a roommate.

The victim was located on the ground, with “considerable head injuries, including an open skull fracture, and his right ear was almost separated from his head,” says court documents.

Detective spoke with several witnesses, with one said that he was in Kuhn's supporter at around 12:30 p.m., who was parked in the entrance.

The witness said Adkins went to another residence around 2 a.m., and Kuhn followed her a few minutes later. Then he reported that Kuhn returned 30 minutes later and looked hectic. He told the witness that he couldn't believe what he had done and said they had to go. The witness said he never stated what happened in the residence.

He went to Kedood Apartments with Adkins and Kuhn to buy drugs, and then went to a sewage pool, where Adkins reported reported a wallet and a work hat of the victim. The group then went to an apartment complex in the Fisher Road, where the witness said that Kuhn had got rid of medication and baseball cards that he had stolen from the victim.

The witness later led the detectives to the sewage basin and recovered the wallet and the work hat.

As she asked Adkin, she confirmed the witness and said she heard an excitement in the residence while showering. She went to check and found Kuhn with blood on her face and held a baseball bat. She said he handed over the bat to her and told her he killed the man.

According to reports, he also said that he would kill the man who later called in 911 to cover him up, according to court documents. According to reports, Adkins admitted to throwing off the wallet and hat in the sewage basin and informed the detectives that Kuhn had thrown the bottles of medication, baseball cards and his own clothes in a garbage container in the Fisher Road Complex.

Bureau of Criminal Investigations Special Agents and MPs have restored these items from the garbage container, including a green sweatshirt that the witness Kuhn described before they went to buy narcotics. The sweatshirt had blood on it.

In an interview with Detective, Kuhn admitted to being in the trailer, and admitted to walking to buy narcotics. He said he knew that something had happened to the victim, said court documents and asked if the man had died. When detectives said yes, Kuhn asked for a lawyer.

Both Kuhn and Adkins are to be charged on Saturday before the Franklin County district court.
