The former mobile policeman was charged with manslaughter

The mobile police officer of mobile communications was charged with an accident in which motorcyclist Sumner Howard was killed, because of a vehicle.

According to the crash report, Roy Adams, the mobile policeman Roy Adams, drove with his blue lights through a red light, but not his siren when the 67-year-old motorcyclist Sumner Howard collided with him on the Old Shell Road on July 9.

Howard died later. We are now learning that Adams was in two accidents before the crash, including one earlier that day, and afterwards he had another accident. All four incidents occurred when he was on duty.

According to the MPD, Adams resigned from the department three weeks ago, which had not to do with the examination of the crash.

Mobile County, Keith Black Wood's prosecutor, published the following explanation:

“A Grand Jury of Mobile County charged the former officer Roy Adams Jr. for vehicle for murder.
