Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco told the Denver post On May 2, the law enforcement authorities found “nothing” that indicates that criminal activity took place when the 62 -year -old Sperbeck fell from a moving golf car on Saturday, April 26th in La Quinta, California.

“This seems to be a terrible accident,” Bianco told the post office and noticed that “a couple” of the people involved in the incident are “very top -class celebrities”.

“And that makes it more of a problem than it should be,” said Bianco on Friday.

The Sheriff department received a “massive media request” after the incident, said Bianco of the outlet. “We do everything we can to make sure that this is what it seems to be and only an accident,” he added.

In addition, the sheriff said that on -site doctors had not found any evidence that the 64 -year -old Elway was drunk when his long -time agent fell off the golf car and hit his head on the asphalt.

The sheriff department also carried out inspections in the golf car to exclude all malfunctions from devices, Bianco told the Denver post. He also said that it is “usual practice for medical staff” to call the sheriff “because something doesn't look right.” But in this incident, Bianco said: “This was not the case.”

According to a press release from the Riverside County Sheriff, Sperbeck had been brought into a critical condition in a local hospital before died on Wednesday, April 30, because of the head injuries suffered in autumn.

On April 30, Elway gave an explanation to Espn's Adam Schefter after the death of his long -time friend. “I am absolutely destroyed and broken with broken heart through the death of my close friend, business partner and agents Jeff Sperbeck,” said Elway's statement. “There are no words to really express the profound sadness that I feel with the sudden loss of someone who means so much to me.”

“My heart and deepest sympathy go to Jeff's wife Cori; his children Carly, Sam and Jackson; and everyone who knew and loved him. Jeff will be deeply missed for the loyalty, wisdom, friendship and love that he has brought into my life and life,” concluded Elway.
