Minutes after an 18-year-old shooter allegedly shot a woman in a park in Nashville, he was opened on video, which opened the fire on a police car.

The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) released Video film material on Wednesday evening by Officer Jeff Lubey's patrol car when Emmanual Orr (18) realized that the authorities had discovered him and started shooting.
