The 31-year-old Country Pop superstar always looked up at Taylor (35) and revealed that her idol, who tweeted her song “Love Me Like You Mey You” from 2015, was a big boost for her career.
Kelsea said to Us Weekly: “I think a big reason why things have increasingly worked as they did it is the women who not only gave me advice when walking past, but also the women who have taken the time to hold and reach their hand and share their stage with me, and other new artists.”

After Taylor posted the song, the couple performed the title on Taylors 'The 1989 World Tour' Stop in Nashville, Tennessee in 2015.
