Tennessee traffic stop video published by Mann, who was incorrectly deported to El Salvador

Cookeville, Tenn. (WTVF) – His story was spoken worldwide, but newly published video shows when Kilmar Abrego Garcia was stopped by Tennessee Highway Patrol in 2022.

It is the same video official of the Department of Homeland Security, said her claim that Abrego Garcia was a member of MS-13 and human trafficking, but the incident ended without arrest or mention of human retail in the report of the Trooper.

Abrego Garcia has been in a prison in El Salvador since his deportation last month and waited for a word from the USA about the reversal course and brought him back for a deportation hearing.

President Donald Trump said that he would listen to his lawyers' advice on the processing of a judgment of the Supreme Court, in which the government “facilitated” the return of Abrego Garcia, but his government said that she had no plans to return Abrego Garcia.

Verbo -Rego Garcia lawyers said that the three -person father had been deported without a call or a proper process.

In the meantime, officials from the White House said that their actions were partially justified in his hands because of Abarmo Garcia's tattoos.

But the man we saw in the video had no tattoos in their hands and looked warm with soldiers when they fought each other through broken English.

“Nothing illegal,” asked the soldier.

“Nothing, sir … nothing illegal,” replied Abrego Garcia.

Troopers explained that they had stopped Abrego Garcia on Interstate 40 near Cookeville because they had traveled 10 miles over the speed limit.

Abrego Garcia seemed to be confused and said the speed limit was 70 miles per hour, but he must have missed when it went back to 65 miles per hour.

The soldier admitted that the speed limit was going back and forth before he asked Abrego Garcia to show his license and registration.

Abrego Garcia said that his license had just expired and that the SUV belonged to its boss. While Abrego Garcia was looking for proof of insurance, the soldier noticed that the vehicle was packed with up to eight to ten people.

“How many lines did you stay here? Four? Four rows of seats,” the soldier asked.

Abrego Garcia told the soldier that he had traveled to work with his passengers and they just came from Missouri on their way to Maryland.

Later soldiers became and said Abrego Garcia told them that he wanted to return to Nashville the following week.

As more soldiers, they became suspicious that Abego Garcia may have dragged and documented people between the national borders.

They pointed out that there was no luggage between one of the passengers for such a long journey and that Abrego Garcia wore 1,400 US dollars in cash.

“Do you know what you have here, right?” One soldier asked another.

“He drags these people for money,” said the soldier.

Another soldier proposed that the money was “probably his payment for transport”.

We know that soldiers have contacted federal officials to get instructions, although a large part of this audio has been reduced. The same applies to the “Police Event” report, which soldiers have submitted from the traffic stops.

The editors are usually carried out to avoid that sensitive information is exchanged.

Federal civil servants said Troopers that there was no need to arrest Abrego Garcia, who at that time granted protection status “hold back the distance” after a judge was not packed back to the country in 2019 in which he received threats to murder because he had not joined a gang.

Abrego Garcia went through the southern border border into the country years ago, but has married since then and has three children in Maryland.

In the video we see soldiers discussing what to do and know that they would also have to take the eight to ten other passengers into account.

“If he is arrested, you will have no choice when you throw on the side of the highway,” said a soldier.

Almost every next 13 minutes there is no audio, while the soldiers discussed the options, but after a drug sniffing dog found nothing suspicious, the soldiers wrote down the names of the passengers and sent out Abego Garcia with a warning.
