Angels Star Mike Trout is confident

Anaheim, California (AP) – Mike Trout says that he is convinced that the bone bleeding in his left knee does not run out for a long time.

“Well, there is no structural damage,” said Los Angeles Angels star on Friday. “Yesterday I had some pain. Today I can run normally. The doctor said I just stayed for a few days, then slowly got in and go.”

Trout, a three-time AL-MVP, was removed from the game on Wednesday in Seattle when he was injured in a neither out out of the third inn. The angels placed the 33-year-old on Friday on the 10-day injury list, one step retrospectively until Thursday.

Last year Trout opened the meniscus in his left knee on April 29, and Trout thought that he would return in six to eighth weeks. He tightened the injury in his first rehabilitation game of the Little League in July and exposed himself for the rest of the season.

Trout had two operations on his knees last season. He did not find that this injury was serious.

“I neither felt a pop nor so, I just felt something strange,” he said. “I thought it was just scar tissue that left. … I somehow plunged aside (the bag) and it smashed the two bones. I didn't feel anything in my knee in the last three or four months. I felt good.”

Trout occurs with an ops of 0.727, nine Homern, 18 RBIs and 36 strikeouts in 106 bat .179.

Trout started the first 29 games of the Angels this year after he was limited to 266 games in four seasons because he was in 2021 Wadenstamm, a back injury 2022, a Hamate bone broken in 2023 and the knee problem of last year.

He has a 12-year contract of $ 426.5 million by $ 426.5 million by 2030. This season, the Angels moved him from midfield to the right and started seven times at the defined rug to reduce the physical strain on his body, keep his legs fresher and prevent injuries.

Los Angeles joined Detroit with 14 defeats in the last 18 games on Friday, a route in which the angels with an ops of 0.582, 186 strikeouts and 29 walks in 615 record appearances and 45 runs, an average of 2.5 per game. They took the last place in the most important leagues in a basic percentage (.271) and walks (67).

“It is difficult,” said manager Ron Washington about trouts loss. “We already felt what it is without being. I really want to feel what it is like to have it … We had problems when Mike was in the line -up (the line -up). But I still like his presence. I want to have it in the field, in the shelter and in the clubhouse, and make a difference.”
