Trump takes into account executive order for college athlete payments

President Trump is considering an executive order to check payments to College athletes and whether they have created an unfair system.

Mr. Trump's focus on the topic – about which he spoke about in the past, was renewed one of the persons reported in the specified matter after talking to Nick Saban, the famous football coach of the University of Alabama, backstage at an event in Tuscaloosa, in Tuscaloosa.

The Wall Street Journal first reported on Mr. Trump's consideration. The two people who were informed about this were not entitled to speak publicly.

The executive order would deal with newly expanded opportunities for athletes to monetize their sporting careers. Last year, the NCAA, the organization that rules a large part of the university sport, was ready to pay a class cartel lawsuit that accused them of exploiting school athletes and at the same time afterwards the profits of the lucrative university sports industry.

The 2.8 billion dollar settlement, which is about to be approved, created an income-sharing plan for college light athletics, in which schools would pay their athletes directly, a large amount of the college sports landscape. The NCAA has already removed restrictions for the athletes who monetize their sporting career through notes and sponsorship surveys – as the “name, picture and similarity”.
