Car falls into the building near the city center of Madison

Madison, Wisconsin (WMTV) – Emergency officials reacted to the crime scene of a crash in the city center of Madison, Dane County Communications confirmed the WMTV on Friday evening.

The Madison fire brigade said at 5:20 p.m. Callers reported that a vehicle in the 1100 block of the Williamson Street had fallen against the Mother Fool coffee house. Madison Fire arrived at 5:24 p.m.

From 6.10 p.m. Madison Fire and the police were still on site. MfD said there are no reports on injuries.

From 7:15 p.m., the Eastern lane of the Williamson Street opened again in BREARLY Street. The lane towards the north of the Ingersoll Street was also closed in the Jenifer Street.

The MFD Heavy Urban Rescue Team was on site to express structural concerns for the building.

This is the second time that a vehicle fell into the local café.

In 2016, a van ran a flashing red light and beat an SUV with six people inside. The SUV fell into the mother's coffee house and landed completely in the shop.
