The top lawyer in Washington creates a company for that of Trump | to defend attacked officials Donald Trump

A prominent lawyer in Washington, who defended Hunter Biden against criminal charges, has launched a new law firm to represent former government officials and others from the Trump administration.

Abbe Lowell left his large law firm Winston & Strawn to start Lowell & Associates, including customers, including individuals, institutions and others who are faced with “politicized investigations, civil and administrative measures, the firm said in a statement on Friday.

The new law firm also includes two former lawyers at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, who announced the reaction to Donald Trump's Executive Orders.

Skadden is one of nine companies that conclude the contracts with the administration to avoid the republican president's procedure against the legal industry. Four other companies have sued to block Trump's commands, which limited their business to the president's claims, to “weapons” the legal system against him or his allies.

One of the former lawyers, Rachel Cohen, said that lawyers are “willing to face the government when it exceeds”.

Two other lawyers also compete with the new Winston & Strawn law firm.

Lowell represents the New York Attorney General Letitia James after the Trump government transferred it to the Ministry of Justice because she supposedly fake the real estate records. James denied the allegations.

The new company said that it also represents customers who fought against the cancellation of the grants by the so -called “Department of Government Efficiency” and the federal government.

Lowell represented Hunter Biden, the son of former President Joe Biden, against criminal pistols and tax changes before he was pardoned in December. His customers also included the former US Senator Bob Menendez, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

The new company is founded in a broader effort to assemble the Trump administration legal challenges and maintain legal challenges.

There are more than 200 lawsuits against important initiatives for Trump policy, including efforts to restrict the rights of transgender and immigrants as well as to remove agencies and to grant funds.

The Advocacy Group Democracy Forward, which has submitted more than 50 legal steps since the election, said this week that she had stopped Brian Netter, a former partner at Mayer Brown and a top lawyer in the Ministry of Justice of the Biden era.

Netter said in an explanation that he joined the organization during “the most consequent moment in the history of the US dishes”.
