Four internal Red Sox first basic options according to Triston Casa's injury

The Boston Red Sox lost its first Baseman Triston Casas in the second inning against the Minnesota Twins by an “significant knee injury” on Friday evening.

The first Baseman played only 63 games last year and suffered an injury in the early season in the second season in a row. While Boston will not have any further details on Saturday, it seems to be without casas without casas for the foreseeable future.
