Texas Baseball falls at the Friday competition according to Arkansas: Recap, highlights

For the first time this season, Texas Baseball has lost a weekend series.

Arkansas gave the Longhorns a 6-1 defeat in the Baum-Walker Stadium on Friday evening.

Starter Luke Harrison allowed four runs in four in our work. Rylan Galvan's Solo Homer was the entire production that was led by the Texas crime and performed 15 times. Nine of them came against Starter Gage Wood, who had a run in four innings.

The Longhorns moved two runners into the score against the new Arkansas pitcher Gaeckle on hits from Casey Borba and Jonah Williams, but they could not let them in. Andre Duplanier replaced Luke Harrison and gave four free passes in the lower half to force Arkansa's run into the Fifth.

Rylan Galvan gave the Longhorns their first run of the series and stroked a solo home on the left field. The shot, his 13th of the season, gives him more Homeruns than in the first two years of his career. Luke Harrison allowed a single and a walk in the fourth, but worked out of the jam.

Casey Borba registered the first hit of the night for the Longhorns to lead the third, but Texas couldn't get it around. Luke Harrison worked for a two-out single to achieve a goalless third place.

After Gage Wood had exchanged the site in the upper half, the razback kits took control of the game in the floor of the frame. Brent Iredale first opened the gate with a solo homer, then Kuhio Aloy tore a base closure after Luke Harrison invited the bases with three free pass.

Gage Wood excluded the first two longhorns to step into the box before inducing a groundout to complete a goalless frame. Luke Harrison allowed a few comfortable singles, but wobbled with two strikes out of trouble.
