Goldie Hawn remembers comedian Ruth Buzzi after her death

Goldie Hawn paid her a warm homage to her late Rowan & Martins Lachen Castmate Ruth Buzzi after her death at the age of 88.

The 79-year-old actress divided her Instagram handle on Friday and shared a black and white picture of herself with the comedian together with a sweet note.

“My Ruthie, you are gone and it hurts so deep,” she started the long contribution.

The Overboard Star continued: “I will always appreciate our daily calls, how we could speak endlessly, even after long days. You were my girlfriend, my heart through the ups and downs of life. You made me laugh like nobody else could.”

“A unique soul that brought the world so much laughter and light,” she continued. “These deep, joyful laugh we shared, especially when we laugh, will stay with me forever. I love you.”

Goldie closed her touching tribute and wrote: “I love you. I wish you peace and nice trips in the arms of the angels.”
