“Elder Aleki Langi, 18, was killed on Thursday, May 1, 2025, after the driver of a car had apparently lost control and broken down to the sidewalk. A second missionary was also hit, he had suffered minor injuries. He was treated and released from the hospital. A third companion was not injured.

“Elder Langi started his mission service in March 2025 and comes from the Magna 2nd stop in the Salt Lake Utah West.
