Pittsburgh -man because of murder in fatal menals TWP. crash

A man from Pittsburgh, who supposedly caused a fatal accident with two vehicles in Menallen Township last August, while he was charged with the influence of narcotics due to murder.

The 45 -year -old James Eugene Temple was behind the bike of a Dodge Ram who drove south on Route 51 north of Laurel Hill Road when he crossed a grass median and entered the trail north, the police said. The other driver, John Humbert, 65, from Donora, was killed in the crash of August 20.

Temple informed the police that he used to record a partial heroic day of heroin that day after being released from Allegheny County's prison, according to the criminal complaint. He told the police that the last thing he remembered left the Star Junction area, about 7 miles north.

An arrest warrant was issued for the arrest of Temple.
