He was a decorated captain of the US Air Force during Vietnam, had leadership roles in a mechanical contract, including the president of MJ Daly Co., voluntarily as treasurer of the Cheshire United Methodist Church and Completion, Hofwork, Reading and time on the island of Vinalhaven.
