Arkansa's baseball against Texas (game 3)

The No. 11 Arkansas Razorbacks (38-9, 15-7 seconds) won the series on Friday evening via No. 1 Longhorns (38-7, 19-4 seconds) and will go on Saturday afternoon in the Baum-Walker Stadium for the Sweep series.

“Obviously we had the chance to win the game and they play a team that is in first place in the country,” said van Horn. “They don't lose a lot of games. They are explosive. They can come back. We only had the feeling that these are the boys we had to go with. We had the chance to win it, let us win it.”

The head coach of Arkansas Dave van Horn was shy on Friday evening when he was asked who would take the hill to start the game on Saturday. Before the series, neither Arkansas nor Texas announced a starter for the series finale, and van Horn said that it was either “a right -hander or a left -hander”.
