Saginaw area sports highlights: Swan Valley Stars at Nite Trax Invitation

Sydney Kuhn achieved four victories and improved her own Swan Valley record to take second place on Friday at the Sanford Meridian Nite Trax Invitational.

Kuhn broke her own record in the 200-meter dash in 24.55 seconds before winning the 300 hurdles in: 43.35. Kuhn also anchored Swan Valley's winner 400 seasons and 1,600 seasons.

Gladwin won the girl with 171 points, with the Vikings with 98.5 second. Bullock Creek finished third (91), Valley Lutheran Fourth (81) and Meridian sixth (47).

Swan Valley won the boy's event and beat Sanford Meridian and Valley Lutheran.

In the girl meeting, Lindsey Cmeyla from Valley Lutheran won the 800 win (2: 32.57) and drove a leg with the winning of the chargers with 3,200 seasons.

Bullock Creek, who won the 800 season, received fringes in the first place from autumn in 3,200 (12: 55.17) and in Sofia Sky in the pole vault (9-0). Colemans Emily Vansickle won the high jump (5-1).

Girls' route

Bay City Western Invitational: Bay City Western won its own invitation with 125.5 points, followed by Midland Dow (94), Midland High (92.5) and Frankenmuth (72.5). Victoria Garces in the 3,200 (10: 15.01) and Sydney Roberts in the 400 (: 57.51) gave a few victories, while Midland from Abigail Sheaill in the Shot Put (39-2 ¼) and Emma McLaughhl (16-8 ½) with McLaughlin with McLaughlin with McLaghlin has been up to date. Heritage Sophomore Willow Mason claimed the first in the 100 (: 12.21) and 200 (: 25.70), with one leg on the profit of 800 seasons, while Catherine Retberg Frankenmuth gave a victory in the discus (117-6). The Eagles also won the 3,200 season.

Ovid-Elsie Lions Club Invitational: Hemlock took second place with 83 points, St. Charles eighth with 38.5 points behind the first bath (106). Izzy Krueger won the huskies in 400 (1: 02.33), while St. Charles' Macie Hafner won the high jump (5-0).

Big Rapids Invitational: Ithaca came briefly and finished second with 90 points, while Coopersville won 120.5 points. Lizzy Nevins achieved a victory in the high jump (4-10), whereby team-mate Sage Lamey came first in the pole vault (8-0).

Shepherd invitation: Alma took the eighth (39.5) in the Lary School division, whereby Lansing Catholic came first. Pewamo-Westphalia won the small school division with Breckenridge third (72) and St. Louis Seventh (21). Almas Joy Evans won the long jump (16-6).

Boys' route

Sanford Meridian Nite Trax: The Boston Streeng-Erouger carried the Swan Valley to the championship and won the 200 (: 22.72) and 400 (: 49.72), with legs on winning 800 seasons of the Vikings and 1,600 seasons. Swan Valley ended with 169.5 points with Meridian Second (89.5), Valley Lutheran Fifth (77) and Bullock Creek sixth (60). Swan Valley also received victories from Murphy Wagner in the 3,200 (10: 13.63) and Hunter Albrecht in the 300 hurdles (: 41.10). Albrecht also ran a leg at the winning season of 1600. Valley Lutheran two first places behind Trent Schiavone in 800 (2: 02.04) and Noah Hecht in the high jump (6-1). Meridians Tyler Heal won the 1,600 victory (10: 13.63), while Chris Tetloff from Bullock Creek won the shot (47-7 ½).

Bay City Western Invitational: Midland High demanded the main prize with 149 points and beat the heir (93) and Frankenmuth (80.5). Saginaw United was eight (31), Vassar 13. (17), Midland Dow 11. (20), Bridgeport 14. (4) and Freeland 16. (1). LJ Gallihugh has Midland High with victories in the 100 (: 10.95) and 200 (: 22.18) up and down and added a leg to the win of 1,600 seasons. Cameron Cochran won the 800 (1: 57.22) with legs on Midland's profit of 1,600 seasons and 3,200 seasons. The Chemics also made profits from Matthew Berg in the 110 hurdles (: 15.37) and Maxwell Stoecker in the Shot Put (59-0 ¾). Nicholas Coleman won the 400 (: 50.99) for heritage with one leg on the profit of 800 seasons. Kingston Wright from Heritage won the long jump (20-8 ½), while Blake Jones from Saginaw United claimed the high jump (6-2).

Reese Invitational: The Michigan Lutheran Seminary won the Gold Division with 176.33 points, and Reese fifth with 79th seminar won by Camden Fager in 800 (2: 06.94), Andrew Miller in the Weithing Jump (19-2) and Joey Cain in the Shut (47-6). Laker won the Maroon Division with Carrollton third (101.4) and Millington fourth (98). Bryce Dupuis performed Carrollton with victories at the start (41-8) and Diskus (123-11). Dallas Walsh gave Millington victories in the 100 (: 11.41) and 200 (: 23.62) with legs on winning 400 seasons and 1,600 seasons.

Corunna Classic: Chesaning called for the young title with 1,197 points, while the Chesaning girls took third place behind Chelsea. Zach Harlan claimed a few victories in the 100 (: 10.90) with a personal recording in 200 (: 21.97). Caleb Walker also won two events in the 110 hurdles (: 14.95) and a personal recording in the 300 hurdles (: 39.72). Cole Maier won the 800 (2: 02.15) and Eric Barancik the high jump (6-4) for the other first places from Chesaning.

Big Rapids Invitational: Coopersville won the team title with 150 points, while ithaca was 59 sixth. The Yellow jackets won the 3,200 season (8: 37.15) behind Thad Whitmore, Evan Maclaren, Brent Desaegher and Jacob Mannkey.

Shepherd invitation: Alma won the Lary School division with 119 points with victories in the 800 season and 3,200 season. Pewamo-Westphalia won the title of small school with 158.5 points. Breckenridge was seventh (47) and St. Louis Achter (33). Breckenridge's Zander Maples won the disc (154-3) and Shot Put (48-11).

baseball

Nouvel 5-4, Michigan Lutheran Seminary 3-3: Charlie Groya achieved nine to achieve the Tri-Valley conference victory in game 1 for Nouvel, and cam Kaul ended the game for the saves. Ramon Zamora Jr. broke through for four goals and three runs in the night tongue, with Xander Grice and Max Grice adding two hits and two runs. Trentin Hessling, Wyatt Waterman and Olyver Downing each drove two runs. Mark Warren had the start and victory and excluded two in 2 2/3 innings.

Standish-Sternling 2-4, Bullock Creek 1-0: Jaxon Flowers threw a complete game in Bullock Creek's loss of Game 1 and enabled a deserved run with three goals while he was five. Conner Curtis led Bullock Creek with two goals, including a double. Emerson Johnson added a goal and RBI. Flowers got Bullock Creek's lonely hit in game 2.

Softball

Hemlock 17-22, Carrollton 0-8: Addison Stockford and Brooke Gustin each had three goals at Hemlock's Game 1 win, with Klaira Salo adding two goals. Lillian Martinez and Lyndsey Lyscas each pulled three walks, with Martinez steel three bases. In the second game, Lyscas led the huskies with three goals, including a Homer with three runs. Martinez, Natalie McQueen and Audrey Vasher added two hits, with Vasher hit a Homer with two runs. Jalyn Bauman added a Homer with two runs.

Breckenridge 11-11, Coleman 0-2: Leah Wale, who won the victory, had four goals and six RBIs as Breckenridge Coleman in game. Emma Tinson had five goals and scored five runs for the huskies, with Ava Colthorp adding two goals. Klaira Sysak and Raegan McCoy each had two goals for Coleman, with Sysak beating a Homer. Addison Collins threw a Two grille and scored 10 in five innings with the game 1 of Breckenridge. Lydia Slavik led the offensive with two goals, two RBIs and two runs.

Girl football

Midland High 3, Rochester Hills Stoney Creek 0: Sydney Fulcher brought Midland a 1-0 half of the lead with Reagan Vowan Assist. Jensyn Ardouin gave the chemics with a 2-0 lead with a lead by Alahna Beckett, who ended the game with an unassisted goal to improve Midland's record to 12: 0. Niobe Marchalant and Ellee Arnold combined for the exclusions.

Girl tennis

Midland Dow 8, Midland High 0: Dow swept all eight flights in a Saginaw Valley League game against the competing Midland High. Singles were Dalton Deboer, Nishi Narayan, Ruby Macheso and Elisa Coteeux. Dow's double winners were Norah Lacher-Juana Gutierrez, Ayesha Middha-Tessa Wood, Lauren Yao-Aalexi Leiti and Evie Samocki-Nadry Wolford.
