George Town, May 3 – Working to replace the oil tube of an aircraft that was reported that it was leaked nearby at the International Airport (LTAPP) in Bayan Lepas nearby in March.

Zairil Khir Johari, chairman of the Penang infrastructure, transport and digital committees, said that the oil and gas companies involved have been carried out since December last year.

“I contacted the Holdings BHD (MAHB) and the head of the oil and gas company in LTAPP in the Malaysia Airports Holdings (MAHB).

“In December (last year) Petronas carried out pipe replacement works and was completely completed in March. The results of the leak test after the repair showed that there were no new leaks,” he said when he was contacted by Bernama today.

He said this when he was asked to comment on a viral message in the telegram application, in which it was claimed that a radiation fuel is LTAPP, which has supposedly extended without a solution for more than five years.

The message had also said that everyone who came over the area smelled a very strong smell of Jet fuel and the smell in the afternoon was more pronounced when the hot weather fluctuated and further increased the risk of explosion or fire. – Bernama
