Minnesota Twins' injury recovery messages via Royce Lewis and Willi Castro are positive

Hey, it looks pretty good for the twins these days.

Lewis is about two hours away from his Twins teammates this week and plays for the AAA St. Paul class in Columbus, Ohio. On Tuesday during the DoubleHeader of the Saints, he will act against the Clipper as a proven striker and then play all nine innings on the third base on Wednesday.

“We will re -evaluate where he is on Thursday, how he feels and we will make a decision about what he will do by the weekend,” said Paparesta. “One thing we have to remember is … If you miss six weeks, you have to get a certain number of bats. He has to play a bit.”

Nevertheless, Paparesta said, Lewis' progress has been considerable since a moderate thigh during the training camp and “he seems to feel pretty good right now.”

The same applies to Castro, who takes the impact practice from the left on Tuesday. This is the page that disabled the weird violation of the Switch grille.

“We tested some today what was good. “I probably need three or four days earlier [we know if] He will be ready during the day [he’s eligible to be] activated ”, which is Thursday.
