Pleasant crash; Driver injured, arrested for Owi 4. Criminal offense

Mount Pleasant, Wis. – – A driver was taken to the hospital and later arrested in Mount Pleasant after a crash overnight.

According to the Mount police authority, the police reacted to the area of ​​State Highway 31 and State Highway 38 for a reported crash on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

The vehicle had come against a traffic standard (a traffic light rod).

On arrival, the officials found a vehicle with severe front end damage on the northwestern corner of the intersection.

During the examination it was found that the crashed vehicle on the State Highway 38 (Northwestern Ave) was led west and reached the traffic standard.

The driver suffered moderate but not life -threatening injuries. He was removed from the vehicle by South Shore and brought to a local hospital for treatment.

The police said the driver applied signs of impairments and was also arrested for operating a motor vehicle while he was intoxicated in the fourth criminal offense.

The vehicle was towed out of the scene and Wisdot was contacted to inspect the damaged traffic standard.
