Pleasant crash; Driver injured, arrested for Owi 4. Criminal offense

A driver was taken to the hospital and later arrested in Mount Pleasant after a crash overnight.

The driver suffered moderate but not life -threatening injuries. He was removed from the vehicle by South Shore and brought to a local hospital for treatment.

The police said the driver applied signs of impairments and was also arrested for operating a motor vehicle while he was intoxicated in the fourth criminal offense.
