NBA history on the line for the Houston Rockets in game 7

Only 13 teams have overcome a 3-1 series deficit in NBA history, and the Houston Rockets have done it twice so far. If you win game 7 against the Golden State Warriors on Sunday, you will be the only team in the history of the league that does it three times. The Rockets completed the comeback for the first time in 1995 and won a title. The second time they lost in the following round in the conference final.

Usually there is the end of the series. However, the rockets are among the few teams that have overcome the enormous disadvantage.

Did the warriors let go of the rope?

Brian Windhorst mentioned the similarities between the Los Angeles Clippers 2015 and this year's Warriors in the Hoop Collective Podcast. Both played the rockets and led 3-1 in the series. Houston completed a comeback in the 2015 playoffs and won the matchup. This Rockets team has the same chance. Windhorst said

“I will only say that the first step to bring a 3-1 lead in the lead is in game five. That does not mean that you will have a 3-1 lead. I remember that I saw this game in 2015 when the Clipperers blow their first 3-1 lead against the rockets.
