Jaylen Brown, Jrue Holiday Trending after injuries

Jaylen Brown has not yet shaked the knee injury, which hindered him in the last two months of the regular season. But he believes that he comes close.

The Celtics star shared a positive update about his status in front of the playoff series of the second round in Boston against the New York Knicks.

“I had the feeling that (the first round) went well for me personally and for our group,” said Brown after training on Saturday at the Auerbach Center. “For me, just trying to return in the direction, to be 100% and just keep my floor, etc., still playing games for our team. Even if people are outside … to be able to fulfill roles and help our team to get through the hump, I feel decent. But now I move forward.

Brown played the opening round game against magic in all five games from Boston's opening round, but was classified as questionable for the last three. He admitted late in the regular season – when he exit eight of the last 16 games of the Celtics and was limited to several others – that the rear impact in his knee may not completely heal in time for the playoffs and proved this prediction as precisely.
