Man who is charged with the student because of a fatal crash appears in court, deposit at 500,000 USD

Las Vegas (KSNV) – Keenan Jackson, the man who was arrested in connection with the fatal crash, who claims the life of the Life of Arbor View High School, McKenzie Scott, appeared on Saturday morning for his first court appearance.

Jackson appeared ahead of judge Daniel Westmeyer, where the court made an individual decision on his custody status.

Scott was fatally beaten on a crosswalk near the Arbor View High School on Friday morning.

The police took Jackson suspected of custody.

Jackson's deposit was set at $ 500,000, whereby the conditions such as electronic monitoring on a high level are not driving, and the requirement to keep out of difficulties.

Brayden Boulter, a senior and student council at the Arbor View High School, expressed his support for the community. “I came here today to support my community, my family, because at the moment we have a lot through and as a representative of my community I want to be there for you,” said Boulter.
