Heavy thunderstorm on May 3, 2025 (via NWS)

Arlington and a large part of the DC area are now under a severe thunderstorm.

The clock was exhibited shortly after 4:30 p.m. and is in force until 10 p.m. that there are strong storms that evening, according to the forecasts with hail and gusts of wind of up to 70 miles per hour.

The watch area comprises the I-95 corridor and the parts north.
