Small plane crashes into the Simi Valley district

A small plane fell into a neighborhood in Simi Valley on Saturday.

According to the police authority Simi Valley, it happened in the early afternoon near the 200 Block of High Meadow Street.

It is unclear how many people were on board the aircraft and whether someone was injured in the crash.

The police closed the area between the Wood Ranch Parkway and the High Meadow Street when the investigation continued.

The video of the scene published in the Citizen app shows a great presence of police and firefighters near several houses, while the neighbors can be seen.

Another video showed up when a large black cloud of smoke rose behind several houses when the neighbors hurried outside after the incident.
