Genki sued by Nintendo Switch 2 Lecks

Nintendo of America has filed a lawsuit against the Gaming Accessoire manufacturer Genki's parent company Human Things for “brand injury, unfair competition and false advertising” in accordance with the Trademark Act from 1946.

Thanks to the Oatmaldome for the recognition of Nintendos 27-page registration with the United States District Court in the Central District of California, their lawyers outline their perception of Genki's illegal activities in advertising (although later withdraws).

This situation had forced Nintendo to give the media an explanation that “the gaming hardware that Genki presented as a Nintendo hardware at CES was unofficially and was not made available to the company”. This statement meant that Genki had traced many of the remarks he had written back and denied that they ever had early access to a Nintendo Switch 2 console and that their designs were based on leaked information in the industry. “

Genki continued to make misjudged contributions when CEO Edward Tsai had infiltrated Nintendo's headquarters in Kyoto, Japan, and joked that the company could not keep a secret.
