NJ Mrs. Stach stung in Colorado, say officials

A woman from New Jersey was stabbed on Easter Sunday when she visited the area by Denver, the authorities said.

The 28 -year -old Cali Federico from Flemington died in the hospital after the attack in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, said the Jefferson County Coroner's office. The small town is about five miles west of Denver.

Federico was used to the Denver area for about a month and planned to go home just two days later, according to the Gofundme page, which was set up on behalf of her family.

Officials from the Wheat Ridge police authority reacted to a report by two women who fought on Sheridan BLVD. At 3:27 p.m. the witnesses said that the fight ended when one woman replaced the other and then left the scene, according to a statement by the department.

Federico was taken to a local hospital, where she was later declared dead, officials said.

Just six minutes after the stab, the police arrested the suspect, the 47-year-old Imani, and turned them into the care of the first public prosecutor's district in Colorado. It is charged with the second degree murder, manipulations with physical evidence and attacks in third degree, said a spokesman for the district prosecutor.

The authorities have not released the circumstances of the attack. The Gofundme organizer wrote in a description that Federico removed her valuables from her car and prepared for a hotel when she was killed, “protection of her possessions”.

Federico, an artist who grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, traveled to Colorado with her dog to sell her works of art and find new friends, according to the Gofundme page.

“Cali was a creative and loving person,” says the description of the fundraising campaign. “She was a talented artist with such a natural ability to sketch and paint, a gift that her family members now all have in her houses.”

Tate remains custody, with a deposit amount of 1 million US dollars.
