Faye identified the photographed tattoos on the body found as those that corresponded to that of her daughter. “She had the names of her children tattooed on her body,” said Calhoun.

When the investigators shared where her daughter's body was found, Faye told them that she had gone to this home when she had experienced the area. A man named Gordon replied when she knocked.

Damani Gordon was pressed by Detective and identified the alleged murderer as Gordon Davis. Then he told the investigators that Davis had worked in the house in the Cascade Road for almost three months.

In June 2014, shortly before the start of the proceedings, Davis owed himself in exchange for a prison sentence without the possibility of probation.
