5-vehicle accident in Huntley leaves four injured NBC Chicago

A collision with several vehicles in suburbs Huntley was injured on Friday.

According to officials, the Huntley Fire Protection District reacted to an accident on Route 47 and the Foster Road around 4:30 p.m.

A total of five vehicles were involved, with the damage from seriously to moderate. According to the HFPD, two vehicles were in one head on a collision.

Officials said two people were caught under one of the vehicles and they were saved and granted by paramedics.

According to the HFPD, a total of 10 patients were involved. One was transported to the northwest of Huntley, where the maintenance of paramedics for transport to the Hospital Condell was transferred to the Net Net helicopter due to the estimated injuries.

Officials said that another person had been brought to the northwestern emergency room in Huntley in a serious condition.

Two others were brought to another nearby hospital with minor injuries. According to the HFPD, the remaining six patients were released into their own care.

The crash is currently being examined by the Sheriff department of the Mchenry County.
