The sex offender in Georgia found life in Kansas City

Kansas City, Mo (KCTV) – An ABSCONDER from the register of the sex offender, which had been instructed to face his alleged crimes in Georgia, was found and arrested in Kansas City.

Jackson County, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 29, submitted records of the Circuit Court, state that Marc R. Loomis, 44, from Kansas City, was arrested in connection with his alleged failure to register as a sexual offender in Georgia.

The court documents in Hall County, Georgia, showed that Loomis recently registered as a sex offender in 2020.

The register of Georgia perpetrator is currently listing Loomis as an ABSCONDER after his condemnation of the sexual battery against a child under the age of 16.

The Missouri Court's records showed that an extradition decision for Loomis' return to Georgia was signed. From Saturday, May 3, he will stay behind bars in Jackson County with an 80,000 dollar bond for his crime in Georgia.
