Bopal College scandal: tried charges for murder in the middle of rape allegations

In a shocking development, Farhan Ali, the main suspect in a top -class rape case in Bopal College, is now trying to make a murder. The authorities took the indictment after Ali supposedly tried to grab a pistol from a subinspector during a failed escape from police custody.

The deputy commissioner of the Priyanka Shucla police said that the incident had taken place in the village of Sarwar. Ali was reportedly injured in the leg when the weapon was released in the middle of the dispute. A separate first information report was submitted against him in accordance with Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on the RatiBad police station.

This case includes allegations to rape, film and blackmail students and his accomplices. Five arrests have been made since the case appeared. In response to this, the National Commission for Women founded an investigation committee in order to further investigate these worrying allegations.
