Complete specifications and leaks before the official publication

The German publication Winfuture has published advertising pictures and revealed the complete specifications of the surface laptop 13 that replace the Premium surface laptop 7 models.

Here is what we know

Microsoft will officially present the surface laptop 13 on May 6th, but thanks to the leak, we know that the laptop receives the following specifications:

• Pixelsense -TouchCreen -LCD display with surface pen support and 60 -hz -update rate;
• 8-core snapdragon x plus X1P-42-100 processor;
• 16 GB RAM and 256/512 GB memory (UFS);
• A spacious battery offers up to 23 hours of battery life.
• USB-C × 2, USB-A and 3.5 mm audio connections.

The computer receives an updated design with rounded shapes, new body colors (gray, light blue and purple) and will be 15.5 mm thick.

The Surface Laptop 13 uses a keyboard of type Island, combined with a glass trackpad and an integrated fingerprint scanner in the upper right corner of the keyboard, with which it can log in via Windows Hello.

Winfuture notes that the surface laptop 13 is probably sent without bundled power supply. Instead, the device can be charged with a USB-C cable with at least 27 W electricity.
