DEKALB Mann, who is charged with circulating online videos, photos of sex abuse of children -Shaw Local

DEKALB – A DEKALB man was charged online for 15 circulating materials, including video and photographs that show sexual abuse of children, as court files show.

Curtis D. Fisher, 42, who listed an address less than half a miles from the primary school of the founders in court files, was arrested on Thursday. According to documents, which were submitted to the DEKALB County Court this week, Fisher faces 15 cases of spreading sexual abuse materials in class X.

If he is convicted, he could have up to 30 years in prison.

Fisher was arrested on Wednesday by Dekalb County's deputy and booked in the Dekalb County prison in Sycamore.

Fisher appeared on Thursday in front of a judge for a hearing before the publication.

According to an investigator of the Algonquin police, February on February 27th Fisher was connected to the Sheriff office of the DEKALB County

The examination focused on a person who allegedly contained an online file sharing network in circulating files with sexual child abuse, the police wrote in court files. The authorities said that around 2:15 a.m. on January 25, around 2,000 files were spread in the sharing network. Of these files, more than half contained materials, including videos and photographs that represent sexual violence against children.

The police followed the IP address about a summons to Fisher's address, as recorded. The authorities joined Fisher's apartment on March 20 with a search command to collect several electronics for himself and his address. A police review of these devices gave evidence of the distribution of gender abuse materials for children.

The authorities then interviewed Fisher according to court files.

“He advised that he had lived alone, had no visitors in his apartment, and nobody else would access his internet or electronic devices or use them,” the police wrote court records on April 30th.

The police said Fisher denied or spread the materials of sex abuse.

Fisher was instructed to appear on June 2nd at 9:00 a.m. in front of judge Philip Montgomery on a status hearing. He is expected to be charged.
