Clock: Timberwolves look at the next round of the NBA playoffs

The Minnesota Timberwolves are in waiting-and-sea mode. After winning their playoff series in the first round against the Lakers in five games, waiting for the winner of the Golden State-Houston series.

When Golden State wins on Sunday evening, the Timberwolves would organize the Warriors one and two on Tuesday and Thursday evening in the Target Center. When Houston defeated the Warriors in game 7 of their series on Sunday, the Timberwolves would start the second round against the Rockets against the Rockets on Tuesday.

The Timberwolves and Rockets divided their four games in the regular season. The Timberwolves went against Golden State against Golden State in the 2024-25 season.
