Woman killed, man after a bloody discovery in the GoForth Street in an apartment in Southeast -Houston, says HPD, says HPD

Houston, Texas (KTRK) – A young woman was stabbed and a man was admitted to the hospital with critical injuries after a bloody discovery in an apartment in Southeast.

The incident unfolded on Saturday afternoon in a residential building in the 6500 block of the GoForth Street.

On Monday, the Yellow Tat's tape fluttered at the scene, where a warning of unattended cats was glued outside the door, which led to apartment 2. 2. Packages are piling up outside, and the neighbors report that the police have confiscated the ring monitoring camera of the apartment as part of their investigation.

According to the police authority in Houston, the officers answered the unit shortly before 4 p.m. after receiving an application for social examination. According to the authorities, the alarm came from a friend of the victim's father who lives overseas in England.

The officials observed blood on the back terrace and then entered the apartment when nobody answered, said HPD. Inside, they found a 23-year-old woman who was dead on the kitchen floor from several stab wounds. A man who is about 40 years old became alive, but was seriously injured in a bedroom and taken to the hospital.

The police did not say that they were looking for a suspect.

The neighbors announced ABC13 that the two youngest roommates were and that the police were called to the same apartment just 12 hours earlier in response to a reported disorder. The female victim, whose name was not published publicly, was reportedly an influencer in Tikkok and was to complete the nursing school on Sunday, May 4th.

An HPD spokesman emphasized that the examination remains in the early stages. No suspicious description was presented, and the police have not announced when the injured man was considered a suspect or victim at that time.
