7 former jazz players from Utah could compete in round 2 of the NBA playoffs

While Utah Jazz is not involved in a post -season basketball this year, the team has a numerous former representation in this year's playoff matchups.

In the first round, the jazz had a total of 14 former players in the mix, but since then this number has shrunk to potential seven that advanced into the second round.

Here is the full list of former jazz members who remain in the NBA playoffs 2025:

Cleveland Cavaliers:
Donovan Mitchell (2017-22)

Indiana Pacers:
Tony Bradley (2017-20)

Minnesota Timberwolves:
Nickeil Alexander Walker (2022-23)
Rudy Gobert (2013-22)
Mike Conley (2019-23)
Joe Ingles (2014-22)

Houston Rockets (with G7 Win vs. GSW):
Jeff Green (2019)

It depends on a total of seven on how Houston's rockets result in their game seven against the Golden State Warriors on Sunday evening. If not, this number will be six, with a large part of the Minnesota Timberwolves and their large number of alumni in Utah, especially earlier all-stars in Rudy Gobert and Mike Conley.

The couple of former jazzms, Mitchell and Bradley, will compete against each other in their matchup of the second round, but that only means that a representative of the Eastern Conference finals regardless of what happens. Conversely for the Timberwolves squad, if the Rockets do what it takes in game seven.

After the events of game 5 in the water, the Rockets looked practically dead, but after the Warriors had taken their foot off the gas in the two games, Houston now stands out from a game to put the Golden State away in another wildly blown 3-1 lead.

All four teams will compete on Sunday evening, with the first game of the Pacers-Cavs at 4 p.m. MT, while Rocketsfarriors follows quickly after 6:30 p.m. MT.
