Man killed on Saturday evening Troy Shooting

Troy, ala. (WSFA) – A murder examination is underway after the man was shot in Troy on Saturday evening.

The Troy police authority posted on its Facebook page that the shootout took place shortly after 10:30 p.m.

The officials reacted to reports on a large amount and loud noises in the area on the 100 block Dunn Circle. When they arrived, officials said that several shots were heard.

The police found a man on site who suffered from a gunshot wound and administered HLW until Troy Fire and Rescue arrived.

The victim, which the police did not identify, later died of his injuries.

According to the police, there was a large amount on site. They ask everyone who has witnessed the incident to report and call the Tory Police Department under number 334-566-0500 or crimestopper at 334-215-7867.
