Yankees Star hears 'Pop' in shoulder in the last announcement for bad news in injuries

The New York Yankees have not caught many breaches of injury this season.

The latest edition came on Saturday when one of her stars heard a “pop” in his left shoulder.

That was Anthony Volpe, who dipped a floor ball that made it past him for one.

Polpe stayed in the game.

“It happened quickly and it was scary, but after that I felt fine and I felt like I had my strength,” Volpe told MLB.com. “I have never really had any pop or postponement or similar, so I have nothing to compare.”

But on Sunday the Yankees Volpe held out of their line -up for the series finale against the Rays.

New York is already without jazz Chisholm, after three high -grade tears in his right -wing slanted diagonally sent to the injured list and the bronx bombers were forced to look for an alternative on the second basis.

An extensive Volpe absence could prove to be expensive.

The Yankees manager Aaron Boone felt good on Saturday evening with regard to the status of Volpe.

“When he got up and moved, he felt good,” Boone told reporters on Saturday evening. “We wanted to make sure that the strength was in a good position and we felt like him.”

In the line -up on Sunday, Pablo Reyes Slots is in the second base and Oswald Peraza the shortstop.

New York may have to look for a trading partner if these injuries keep their double game combination too long.
