Paul Pierce predicts Boston Celtics against New York Knicks Series Score, he feels strong

The Boston Celtics legend Paul Pierce is not worried about the New York Knicks.

The 2025 NBA Playoff clip for the Eastern Conference is determined and will contain the horns in Boston Celtics with the New York Knicks in the second round.

Although it is a matchup between the second and the third seed, many believe that the Celtics are the overwhelming favorites in the series.

For the beginning, the Celtics are the defending champions of the NBA. In addition, they have a superior squad, at least on paper.

Paul Pierce writes down the NY Knicks

If the regular season series was a reference to specification, the C's should have no problems dealing with the kinks. After all, the Celtics were against the kinks in the 2024-25 NBA season.

The franchise legend Paul Pierce kept the same energy in the eye and recently informed his feelings in the battle of the Eastern Conference jugs in the second round.

“We have not worried about this little kink energy. They don't play well against one of the top teams. They have no depth, they are pushed into the ground. Celtics in five,” said Pierce via Speak.

The Knicks come from a phenomenal victory against the Detroit Piston, but Pierce does not believe that their energy is being transferred to the Celtics.

As a result, Pierce predicts the C's to include things in just five games and secure a place in the conference final.

Ric Bucher draws a Lakers-Temberwolves comparison

Similar to Pierce, co-moderator Ric Bucher also chose the Celtics to dominate the Knicks in the upcoming series.

Bucher also compared the Matchup with the Western Conference competition between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Minnesota Timberwolves.

“Brunson won't be enough, the rest of the match-ups are loving in favor of the Celtics. Boston and New York are the same as Minnesota against the Lakers. It is only a question of how long Boston wants to run the series,” he said.

That is a big claim. It will be interesting to see whether it illuminates a fire under the Knicks or whether Pierce and Bucher's brutal prediction remain true.
