3 killed by Kerr County Crash; Man who is charged with poisoning, says DPS, says DPS

Kerr County, Texas – A man was arrested and charged with poisoning battles after he allegedly caused a crash in Kerr County, in which, according to the Texas Ministry of Public Security, three people were killed.

The soldiers reacted shortly before 5 p.m. on Saturday on the State Highway 27 in Bluff Creek to the accident with four vehicles, said DPS.

A gray Toyota SUV drove east on the State Highway 27 when he crossed the way western direction and hit three motorcycles frontally, said DPS.

The drivers of the motorcycles Courtney Cortez, 25, Cody Cortez (34) and Daniel Cortez Jr. (57) became at the scene, said DPS. A passenger on one of the motorcycles was flown to a medical facility in San Antonio.

The driver of the 25 -year -old Toyota, Jeremy Wasson, from San Antonio, was brought to a medical facility in Kerrville, said DPS.

Wason was arrested and booked into the prison of Kerr County and charged with three intoxication battle and a number of poisoning.
