Tenagers killed in the stolen car on the i-40 during the high-speed accident

Nashville, Tenn. (WSMV) – A teenager is dead after he crashed a stolen car on the Interstate on Saturday evening on the Interstate near the international airport Nashville.

According to the Metro Nashville police, Lee Kimbro drove the 17-year chance at high speed and irregular change of lanes on the I-40 West when he left a tractor

The report says that the car was rolled several times and Kimbro was thrown out of the car and landed on the Interstate. He was then hit by another vehicle. Kimbro was declared dead at the crime scene.

There was another passenger in the merger, who supposedly tried to drive with a driver who stopped to help but flee in front of the area, according to MNPD's report before the officials arrived.

MNPD reported that the merger was stolen from an apartment complex on the Old Hickory BLVD. In Eremitage around 6.15 p.m., just a few hours before Kimbro crashed on I-40 West.

Officials stated that there was no evidence of alcohol or drugs on site.

The I-40 West was closed on Saturday evening for the fatal fall examinations and the crews for cleaning the debris for the fatal crash examination.
