Texa's prison attendants allows inmates to fatally attack another inmate: police crime online

Murder accusations were raised against a former deputy Bexar County district after an inmate was found dead by Bexar County.

KSAT reported that the 20 -year -old prison attendant Clemente Lopez was arrested on Friday for three inmates to another inmate cell, which led to the attack and ultimately to the death of the occupant.

According to the affidavit of the door, the 46 -year -old Francisco Bazan was violently attacked after a group of inmates “had to open the door”. When Lopez opened the cell, he told the occupants: “Don't do it bad.” The three occupants were then seen by Lopez, who stepped the Basan in the face and smashed his head against the concrete.

“Lopez observed the entire attack outside the prison cell,” says the arrest warrant.

Bazan was no longer reacted in his cell. The attempts by the medical staff to save him were unsuccessful and he was declared dead early Wednesday morning. An autopsy showed that Bazan died of internal bleeding due to a “blunt violence on the upper body”, and his death was ruled as a murder, according to Kens5.

During the examination of the Texas Rangers, an inmate said that the dispute was due to the fact that Basan had “paid no money”, which he owed to his cellmate. The attack on Bazan was described as a “coordinated effort” between his cell mate and two other inmates, according to the affidavit.

Lopez, who had been working in the detention center since August 17, 2023, admitted to admit “these types of attacks” in the past, according to the affidavit.

Records show that Lopez 'bond was set to 500,000 US dollars.
